Simply composed of knits and purls, this cowl is an easy and fast knit! It is equally suitable for everyone in the family and would also be the perfect knitted gift. Two sizes are available in the pattern, but change it up easily to suit your needs! Worked in the round, seamlessly.

You will need: approximately 150 (320) yards/137 (292) metres of Worsted yarn

Large size shown here was knit in Pigeonroof Studios Worsted Superwash Merino, colorway “Honey”

Small size was knit in Brooklyn Tweed Shelter, colorway “Faded Quilt”

Finished size after blocking:

Small: 22”/56 cm (circumference) x 7.75”/20 cm (height) 
Large: 49.5”/125 cm (circumference) x 7.75”/20 cm (height)

5 mm /US 8 circular needle

​

Tapestry needle, 4 (9) stitch markers

​

Gauge: 16 sts and 25 rows = 4” / 10 cm in St st on 5 mm/US 8 needle (although the gauge is not crucial, it will affect the size of the cowl)
